During your stay Every guest is treated as a friend with whom we would like to share all we know of Bali. Kadek will treat you to home cooked Balinese meals or if you prefer he can prepare some amazing hamburgers! Every one is either included in our daily life here (including impromptu parties) or left to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the East of Bali. I speak English, Indonesian, German, Dutch and a little bit of French. Other things to note Breakfast is included in the room rate and includes fresh home baked bread, home made jams and real butter! If the weather permits I might bake some fresh buttery croissants. We offer cooking classes where you will learn about the Balinese cuisine and the ingredients. Depending on availability/season you will search our vast garden for vegetables and spices like banana flowers and tumeric etc. Kadek will show you how to mix the spices and prepare a delicious Balinese meal. There are dogs and cats on the premises. All are house pets and part of the family here. Our dogs provide security - no one can enter our premises without being announced. Our cats are great for pest control. Please note that if you are allergic or fearful of animals to let us know in advance.
