Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a view of the Cascade mountains, a stocked kitchen, and cozy living area. As your hosts, we desire to give our guests a clean space and great experience. It is furnished with a queen bed and a twin daybed for up to 3 guests. The guesthouse was built in 2023 and perfect for guests to enjoy the peaceful country scene or a quick stay close to I-90. It is located above the garage of our home with exterior stairs for quiet & private use. The space Our home is nestled in the countryside with orchards to the South and a mountain scene to the North. The Guesthouse is 7.5 miles to the center of Ellensburg and 3-5 miles from both I-90 and I-82. The apartment is 750 sq ft and located above the garage to our home with parking close to the stairs to enter. In the apartment you will find a cozy living room with a couch, chair, and daybed that can be used for sleeping and lounging. You can expect our kitchen to be stocked with essentials like: utensils, basic ingredients, table ware, wine and drinking glasses, local coffee available for brewing, snacks, and more! Our washer and dryer are available for use. Laundry Detergent is available upon request. The bathroom has a shower/tub unit, plenty of counter space, and cabinet storage. The bedroom has a spectacular view of the Cascade Mountain Range and the Kittitas Valley. It is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, hanging closet space, and a dresser for plenty of storage. If you are visiting with a small child, you may request a pack n play. Guest access You will have access to parking close to the stairs, full access to the small upper deck, and the whole apartment. Although it is attached to our garage, there are no shared spaces and very private. Other things to note Since our home has been recently built, we want to mention that we are still in the process of landscaping our property.. hence the lack of grass and beautiful trees.
