Live on a gorgeous private lake! 4 bedroom, 2+ bath home on Brown's Lake. 10 minutes from downtown Jackson, 5 minutes from Vandercook. Less than 20 minutes to MIS, 48 minutes to MSU, 46 minutes to UofM and an hour to Western MI in Kalamazoo. Adorable cottage feel with outdoor fire-pit, 2 kayaks, horseshoe pits, shallow for over 50 feet and swimming a plenty. Safe neighborhood and outdoor surveillance camera for additional safety! Enjoy the beautiful MI summer while floating on a beautiful lake. The space The house has amazing views and sunsets. It has 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. One half and one full bath downstairs and one up. Some basic lake "play toys" will be available. Guest access There is a garage that is not attached. That will not be available for guests. There is also an upstairs closet that is not available for guests. Other things to note The house does not have central air but has 3 air conditioning units! One downstairs and 2 upstairs.
