1. The hotel is in a great location, 1.2 km from the University of Calgary campus, 600 m from Market Mall, and 1 km from Brendwood subway station. The nearby sports park, Walmart, banks, and Safeway are all only 1km away. Just an hour and twenty minutes drive from the tourist resort of Banff, this accommodation is affordable for daily commuting. 2. The store is a bilevel double villa, divided into two floors and four units, each unit has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one kitchen and one living room, each unit has a washing machine and dryer. All rooms are ensuite. 3. Each room is equipped with a queen size double bed, wardrobe (closet), desk and other furniture, and complete bedding. Fully equipped kitchen utensils, tableware and appliances, just bring your luggage. Other things to note Accommodation management rules 1. This property does not accept drug users and marijuana users. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. If found, you will be evicted immediately. There is a smoking area in the backyard of the house. 3. Guests must change into slippers when entering the home. 4. Each guest must clean the bedroom and bathroom on time, at least once a week. 5. Clean up the kitchen immediately after use to avoid affecting others. Including stove, floor, kitchenware, tableware. 6. The normal use time of the washing machine and dryer is from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The number of times a person can wash clothes per week is limited to once in winter and twice in summer. Please request from the Host if you have any special needs. 7. Keep quiet and do not disturb others' work and rest. Rest and quiet hours are from 11pm to 6am every day, no cooking, no activities in public areas. 8. Do not store personal belongings in the common areas (kitchen, dining room). If found, it will be disposed of as garbage, and the consequences will be borne by the offender. 9. Do not bring outsiders into the house without permission, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation and the serious ones will be expelled immediately. Special circumstances may be requested from the Host. 10. Each person uses one-third of the space in the refrigerator, and must not occupy the space used by others, and must not store expired or deteriorated food. Wash the refrigerator at least once a week to keep the refrigerator and freezer clean. 11. Dispose of garbage in a timely and reasonable manner, and consciously send the full garbage bags in the kitchen to the corresponding large garbage cans in the backyard. Consciously push the large trash cans to the side of the road on the date of municipal garbage collection. 12. Take care of all private and shared facilities, compensation will be charged for damages, and immediate eviction will be imposed for bad behavior, and the entire security deposit will be deducted. 13. In winter, long-term customers should consciously clear the snow in the front and back of the house and in the common areas to ensure the safety of everyone. 14. Check-in time is 3pm to 11pm and check-out time is before 11am. The room must be cleaned and all bedding washed at check-out. Otherwise, the security deposit will be deducted as appropriate. 15. Turn off the water and electricity switches when you leave the room. When leaving the house, check and turn off the kitchen stove switch. 16. The entrance gate to the property must be locked when entering and exiting. 17. Pay rent on time, pay next month's rent at the end of every month, no arrears. Otherwise, you will be evicted.
