Best Little Mayfield Lake Cabin! with dock

Rustic studio cabin on 1/3 acre yard w/ large trees, just a quick walk to Mayfield marina! This 256 sq ft cabin has a beautiful pine ceiling and a brand new remodel! Quartz countertop in kitchen, pull-out faucet, full-size fridge, microwave, and more! New bath includes full shower. Queen bed sleeps 2, sofa bed max 2 smaller kids. Memories around the fire pit with plenty of wood. Kayaks/paddleboards avail on request from private dock. Adjacent RV spot addtl. Ask about private dock for your boat! The space We are so excited to offer the cozy cabin! This original, but remodeled, 256 sq ft STUDIO CABIN is rustic and comfortable! Max 4 with one queen bed and one couch (2 small kiddos could share pull-out sofa bed, but pretty small for more than one adult on the couch-bed). We have recently installed a mini-split heater/air conditioning unit for your comfort. There is no TV (because who needs it here??, but there is WIFI!)... Think "Glam Camping"!! It is clean and fresh, but a bug might get in occasionally; you are adjacent to the woods! Whether you are visiting the Mt Rainier or Mt St Helens National Parks, skiing at White Pass, or here to play in the lake, you will have a breath of fresh air at our Mayfield Cabin! IMPORTANT NOTE: The property is divided into the upper house and the lower cabin, each of which has it's own space and rents separately, although they can be rented together. Please respect the line dividing the two areas (brick line in lower driveway). The cabin has the lower half of the property. The upper half is for the house. Contact host if you are interested in additionally renting space for RV in driveway. There are two in the large driveway: one on the cabin side, and one on the house side of the brick divider. Full hookups available. The property is not waterfront. The dock is ~10 min walk from property. You may use kayaks or paddleboards from May thru Sept, right from our private dock. These are included with your stay! Safety is most important, and all MUST wear life jackets at all times when on kayaks/paddleboards. We have several, including children's. No life jacket, no use! We (selectively) rent our dock space for your boat to very EXPERIENCED boaters only. If you are interested, speak to/message Kristi/host. Guest access As mentioned in "Property" section, the lower half of the property is designated by a brick line through the driveway. To the left (downhill) of the line includes the cabin's RV space, 2 parking spots, the cabin, fire pit, deck, yard, etc. To the right of the brick line is the main house, Lakewood Lodge. Uphill of the brick line includes the house, the upper fire pit, RV space, upper driveway, yard, creek bed, etc. Please respect the privacy of the neighboring rental if your group hasn't rented both.
