The space Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a bright and airy living area where natural light flows through large French doors, creating a seamless connection with the outdoor spaces. It is a space designed for unwinding after a day at the beach or sharing relaxed evenings together. The kitchen, spacious and inviting, represents the heart of the home. It encourages slow breakfasts, shared meals and genuine moments of togetherness, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the very first day. On the ground floor there is also the first bathroom, modern and functional, with a generous shower — perfect after a day spent by the sea. Upstairs, the sleeping area feels more private and peaceful. The master bedroom is bright and calming, with direct access to the terrace. In the morning, simply open the French doors and let the sunlight in. The second bedroom is versatile and welcoming, ideal for families or groups of friends. It also offers a quiet corner for reading or working, and access to the terrace, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor living. The upper terrace becomes a natural extension of the bedrooms — a lovely spot for a sunny coffee or a quiet sunset moment. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your exclusive use throughout your stay. Other things to note In accordance with Article 19 of the Italian Public Security Law (TULPS), we are required to register the identity documents of all guests staying in our property. We use a professional management software that ensures maximum data security and confidentiality. Before your stay, we will send you a secure link to upload your documents easily and quickly. (The nightly price includes a 25% management fee.) Before your arrival, I will make sure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned following strict hygiene standards. Fresh bed linen, towels for each guest, two toilet paper rolls, and hand/body soap will be provided. Please note that, as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us from supplying any type of food, including basic items such as oil, salt, or pepper.
