Cozy, comfortable cottage in downtown Sheridan. Minutes to Grand Park,Pacers facility & Pacers Bball facility . 30-35 minutes to Kokomo. Three bedrooms provide plenty of space for your family or work crew to rest and relax. The bathroom is VERY small but functional. We provide great wifi, just bring the log in for your favorite streaming services. Small, workable kitchen. This home is in a SMALL, rural Indiana town. You will need to drive 15 minutes to grocery, restaurants etc. The space Super comfortable home with everything you need! Linens, towels, basic toiletries and coffee are provided. This house in is a family friendly neighborhood of a very small, rural town. There may be children playing outdoors, people mowing their grass or folks visiting neighbors. Our town is currently undergoing some major development. There is lots of work going on around town that may detour you a bit, but don't worry there's not 1 stop light here. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, welcoming , value driven space for every guest! Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself, access to a shared laundry room and 2 parking spots. Other things to note We are avid readers. If you see a book that you would like to read please take it! We charge a cleaning fee. We only ask that you wash your dishes. We will take care of the rest!
