It's imperative that I receive your booking at least 50 days in advance of any renter taking residence due to the condominium association application rules and criteria. Also, all rental periods must start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. No exceptions please. An application will need to be completed, as well as a rental lease. Located approximately 17 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. King- size bed in master bedroom and queen-size bed in the other. No Smoking allowed in the unit, pool area, or balconies. All smoking is to take place on the street away from the building. Not Pets are allowed at anytime.
