There are 4 bedrooms available, each room having a queen sized bed, for occupancy of up to 8 people, all set on 6 acres of riverfront property all beautifully manicured. Private jetty and personal boat ramp all with in walking distance to the local pub. Picturesque sunsets overlooking the historic Hinton Bridge and Hinton Pub. Perfect location near sought after wedding venues being Wallalong House, Shepherds Corner and Tocal just a few kilometres away. This property is just a 5 minute drive to Historic Morpeth where there are numerous cafes and eateries. Full kitchen inside with oven, air fryer, microwave, crockery and cutlery, 2 fridges and plenty of seating. Outside the BBQ area as per photos has a bar fridge and wet area. A fire pit is also available, guests to provide their own wood. Full aircon and fans to all areas and bedrooms, gas for hot water and bbq. Two bathrooms, one an upstairs ensuite, the other with a shower. Huge comfortable lounge and foxtel for cozy evenings. Provided is four queen size beds, cot and highchair. Pool table, ping pong table, darts board and numerous childrens toys and board games. Base price is for 4 people and any extra people will reflect in the booking, bedding is for up to 8 people, 2 per room. Any extra people staying/camping need to be authorised by host beforehand.
