Don't worry, thanks to the modernization, summer days can also be spent well in the apartment and the large balcony invites you to relax extensively. In the living/office room, a comfortable sofa offers space for another person. It also invites you to watch TV or listen to music. The bedroom impresses with a comfortable bed (180 x 200 cm, low entry) for restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing bathtub, and the expandable dining table in the dining room offers plenty of space for shared meals. The highlight is the exceptionally beautiful balcony – ideal for relaxing and enjoying. With the Konus card, which is included in the price, you have numerous discounts. If necessary, the large north terrace may also be used. Storing bicycles is also not a problem, as is charging the electric car. Other things to note Check-in is possible via the key safe or in person. This allows us to offer you maximum flexibility. Two Labrador retrievers live in our house, our chickens in the garden. We will do everything to make you feel comfortable with us! Charging an electric car via the household socket is not permitted. After consultation, we can gladly provide our wallbox with a maximum power of 22 kW - contact us. The house is insulated and so it makes sense to open all windows once or twice a day for five to ten minutes. This keeps the temperature in the house stable and pleasant.
