Ascend to the second floor to discover another queen bedroom, complete with its own attached full bathroom featuring a convenient washer and dryer combo for added convenience. Cell-service in the surrounding area is difficult to come by until you arrive at the home and can log onto our free Wifi! We will have the Wifi access code handy for you upon arrival. Other things to note The Chapter House is tailor-made for unforgettable experiences: Elevate your romance with a honeymoon or anniversary in this uber- romantic haven. Calling all nature enthusiasts! The Chapter House is your thrilling escape into the great outdoors. Looking for a unique birthday or anniversary surprise? The Chapter House has got you covered with generosity and uniqueness! Need a sanctuary to work remotely? The Chapter House is your peaceful workplace retreat. After exploring local shops, and fantastic dining spots, The Chapter House is your cozy home base. Pets are welcome with an additional fee, but please, NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. The Chapter House ensures convenience with a full kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker), washer/dryer, hairdryer, linens, and essential toiletries. WINTER MONTHS Please note that winter months may bring seasonal weather and conditions like winter storms. The Airbnb cancellation policy applies without exception, so guests book acknowledging this potential risk. During inclement weather, four-wheel drive might be necessary for the small hill before reaching The Chapter House. Booking during winter months implies acceptance of these terms. The road leading to The Chapter House is mostly gravel driveway, albeit in good condition. There is an electric car charger located in the driveway for guests to use. We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. The loft is an open space with no door. The fireplace in the home is NOT for use however, guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit outside.
