The space Perfectly situated in the heart of Jefferson City, you’ll be a short walk away from a great local coffee spot, and just minutes away from all the scenic views surrounding the State Capitol. Although the home was built in the early 1900’s, a thoughtful renovation of the entire home was recently completed in 2024 focused on making our guests’ stay and experience both welcoming and memorable. MAIN LEVEL The main level will serve as the central hub during your stay, as guests will enjoy the open and spacious living room, dining room with large table and seating for 8, and large kitchen. The kitchen includes a large island with additional seating for 5, and is well stocked for all your basic cooking and baking needs. The laundry room and main level bathroom are conveniently located in the hallway from the dining room, leading into the main level master bedroom (king size bed with 43” smart television and closet). UPSTAIRS Upstairs, you’ll find the second level master bedroom (king size bed with 55” smart television) with an en suite bathroom and the bunk room. The bunk room includes four queen size beds and a 65” smart television. A second full bath with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower with bench is right outside the bunk room. Outside you'll find a large front porch, perfect for sipping coffee or your favorite cocktail. That's not all - out back you'll find a paver patio, complete with a Solo firepit, gas grill, and corn-hole boards - relaxation and entertainment at its finest! Mid-Town Haven is the perfect place for families or a group of friends to relax and unwind.
