Please note the garage is not available for use. The pool can be heated for a fee of $50 per day, and it must be heated the entire stay. The pool is open from April 1 - Nov 1. Please be aware that our landscaper visits the property weekly, though the day and time may vary. As the property is frequently booked, they may need to access the backyard during your stay. While we do our best to schedule these visits around guest reservations, it is sometimes unavoidable that landscaping work will occur while the home is occupied. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience.
