The private apartment is spacious and welcoming. Guests will enjoy the peace of mind of having the pool and the entire exterior of the house for private use. The SPA with sauna and Turkish bath will add further well-being to the vacation. From here, it will be quick and easy to reach Rimini, Riccione, Misano, Cattolica and San Marino. The space The house is divided into 2 independent apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. We offer our guests the private use of the apartment on the ground floor, along with the entire outdoor area that includes: swimming pool with hydromassage, garden, porch, barbecue, gazebo, ping pong table, all for private use by guests. The apartment is finely furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay, including coffee (also decaf), tea and extra virgin olive oil from our production. The owner lives upstairs and will always be available and reachable by phone. The pool is usually open in mid-April and closed at the end of September. Guest access We offer our guests the private use of the apartment on the ground floor, along with the entire outdoor area that includes: swimming pool with whirlpool, garden, porch, barbecue gazebo, ping pong table all for the private use of guests. The apartment is finely furnished and equipped with everything you need. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and balcony, and one with a bunk bed; each room has its own closet. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious, with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge, minibar, freezer, microwave, espresso coffee machine and basic cooking equipment. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa, an armchair and a 65-inch LG OLED SmartTV, where you can easily access your NETFLIX or AMAZON PRIME VIDEO profiles. The elegant SPA, with steam room and sauna, will give you a special moment of relaxation. Guests will have up to 3 parking spaces in the house's garages. Other things to note The French doors in the living room and kitchen give access to the porch, equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, an area always covered by the sun and often cool and airy, where you can enjoy meals outdoors. Ideal area for cyclists, 100 meters from a bicycle repair shop, with the possibility of renting. A 20-minute drive to a trip to San Marino and Rimini. A 15-minute drive to the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, which hosts the Moto GP races every year in September. In the colder months, the pool will be closed, but you can always enjoy our SPA with sauna and Turkish bath, and the location is excellent as it is close to the events of the nearby cities.
