Other things to note Our property is located less than a 20-minute drive from two popular local ski resorts: Plattekill and Belleayre. This is the perfect spot for winter sports enthusiasts. Plattekill offers a more relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere with fantastic natural terrain, while Belleayre features a larger variety of slopes for all skill levels. Our tap water is completely safe to drink, coming directly from our well and passing through a comprehensive, multi-step filtration process leaving it perfectly healthy and clean tasting. Please note, while the pond is entirely private to the property, it is not available for swimming or fishing. It’s best enjoyed as a peaceful backdrop from the deck or balcony.
