The space For the comfort of our guests, the studio has: - 1 queen size double bed, 1 sofa bed (only holds 1 child), closet, smart TV and air conditioning; - Kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, blender, wine glasses, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining space with table and 2 chairs; - 1 social bathroom; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - There are no parking spaces available on the property. It is possible to park on the public street, in front of the building. Parking fees may apply according to local regulations. The pool remains closed for maintenance every Monday. * ATTENTION: The pool is exclusively for guests and their companions; visitor access is not permitted. * NOTE: Please be advised that a restaurant is currently being installed in the entrance hall, which may cause occasional noise during the construction period. * NOTE: There is a paid parking available for guests, with an affordable cost, operating 24 hours, located approximately 150 meters from the property. * NOTE: A fee of R$150.00 is charged for the use of the gourmet lounge, and R$100.00 for the barbecue area. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half a cleaning fee. Come, relax, have fun and don't worry about anything else :) Guest access Contact Seazone to find out which spaces are restricted to owners and which are available to guests :) Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM; - Checkout: by 11 AM; - For self check-in, if any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 p.m., a convenience fee will apply, ranging from R$50.00 to R$100.00 depending on the time; - Extra linens/towels and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not permitted; - Pets are welcome! We gladly accept your pet for an extra fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid directly to the host at check-in; - Pets must relieve themselves only on the street. If they cause any damage to the property, charges will apply after the check-out inspection; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may result in fines; - Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM; - Any violation of condominium or neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility and may result in fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
