This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches. The space This efficiency apartment has huge windows overlooking gardens, woods and stone walls. Watch both sunrises and sunsets from the large windows and enjoy the light-filled space all day. Walk to the bike path, hiking trails or the URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). We are within 5 miles of stores, restaurants and the Kingston Amtrak station, less than 20 minutes from several beautiful beaches and wildlife preserves, and 20-25 minutes from the Newport mansions and the Block Island Ferry. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the apartment. You'll have shared use of the furnished screen porch, deck, and outdoor shower (in the warmer months).
