We provide initial 10 complimentary Keurig coffee pods. We also provide cooking basics (pots, pans, salt, and pepper) but not cooking oil due to too many types to choose from. It is common to encounter animals such as deer, raccoons, snakes, and insects in the surrounding environment. For your safety, please keep all exterior doors closed at all times. We have contracted a professional pest control company to provide monthly treatments inside and outside the property to help minimize insects. However, despite regular treatments, you may occasionally see insects inside the home. This can happen when doors are left open or when insects are inadvertently brought in through luggage, shopping bags, or other personal belongings from previous guests or outdoor activities. To help prevent attracting insects, please dispose of garbage daily and clean up food crumbs or spills promptly during your stay. The solar powered LED string lights around the screened patio are turned on and off by the light sensor switches automatically if there is enough sun light exposure to the solar panels during the day. In rainy days and winter season, the solar batteries may not be charged enough to turn the lights on.
