Access is simple: from Belo Horizonte, there are about 180 km of road in good condition, passing through charming villages that already announce the arrival of preserved nature. The property is ideal for travelers seeking rest, authentic contact with the Atlantic Forest and outdoor experiences. Guest access The entire 70-hectare property can be explored by those who enjoy trails, forests and the river. The native Atlantic Forest is preserved in a large part of the farm. There are jacaranda, sapucaia, brauna, jequitiba, angico among other species. Perfect for cyclists who want to ride along the road that borders the Santo Antonio River and the Rio Preto. Santo Antonio do Rio Preto Abaixo and São Sebastião do Rio Preto are good for cycling. They are peaceful and beautiful cities that I recommend. Other things to note The access road to the property is dirt, but well maintained; we recommend arriving by car (preferably with a high vehicle, in rainy seasons). The internet in the region is limited and can fluctuate — an invitation to disconnect and enjoy nature. We provide bed linens and towels, but we suggest bringing repellent, sunscreen, and comfortable hiking shoes. The wood-burning stove is one of the stars of the house; if you want to venture out, we will be happy to guide you in its use. The local fauna is rich: it is common to see birds, monkeys and other wild animals — part of the charm of being in the heart of the Atlantic Forest.
