The space Access to the property is along the canal du midi and opposite the Lock. A large gated car park with an allocated parking space for each of the two gîtes. Access to Olive Tree gîte is via the end of the driveway and path the end of the building leading to the rear south facing garden and gîte entrance. Guests also have access to park directly in front Olive Tree by car for loading and unloading their vehicle but day to day parking is at the front of the property. The accommodation on the ground floor offers an open plan fully fitted, well equipped kitchen, dining and a comfortable lounge area wth views to the garden. Downstairs there is also a seperate utility area and a toilet. Traditional wooden stairs take you to first floor with two bedrooms. One immacuately decorated King bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a large landing area a and freshly rennovated bathroom with a large shower.
