A characterful Victorian retreat, perfectly placed between countryside and the vibrant heart of Ramsbottom. This self-contained Victorian dwelling blends original period features with modern comfort and convenience. Formerly a doctor’s surgery in the early 1900s, it now offers a warm, stylish space ideal for couples, solo travellers and relaxed weekend getaways. Set alongside our Victorian home, the accommodation is completely private, with its own entrance and secure keypad access. The space Access is via a private side path from the main road or a quiet back lane. Entry is simple and secure using a keypad (code provided on arrival). Parking is available on site. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen-diner with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine, plus dining table and chairs. The spacious downstairs bathroom features both a bath and shower, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine and dryer. A few steps lead to the elegant Victorian living room, with high ceilings, a period fireplace, comfortable seating, a dedicated workspace and a 43” smart TV. A sofa bed can be made available for a child by prior arrangement. Upstairs, the cosy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, clothes storage and lovely countryside views perfect for a restful night.
