Welcome to a cottage with lovely outdoor spaces. Enjoy the sea and the beautiful nature and proximity to Kalmar, Öland and Oskarshamn. There is a balcony with morning sun and a balcony to the west for nice barbecue evenings, evening coziness and nice sunsets over the sea and nature. Two properly sized bedrooms and a kitchen in between. Optimally, 4 people live here, but there are 8 beds if you are willing to stay a little more crowded. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and municipal water. The space Your vacation cottage consists of 2 properly sized bedrooms and a kitchen in the middle of these bedrooms. Optimally, a maximum of 4 people live here, but there are a total of 8 beds if you are willing to stay a little more crowded. There is a balcony to the east (towards the sunrise) with morning sun and a balcony to the west for nice barbecue evenings, evening coziness and hopefully nice sunsets over the sea and nature. There is a seating area (sofa bed + table) in the room with the double bed (there is also a crib/baby bed). The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds where it can accommodate a total of 4 people. In the bedroom with bunk beds, there is also a TV without channels but with Chromecast. There's also a DVD there. The kitchen has good equipment, including a dishwasher. Municipal water and sewer means that you do not have to worry about the water running out, however, the owner are grateful if you think about electricity consumption and do not have elements turned on at the same time as doors or windows are open. Air heat pump is available from 2023 for a good indoor climate! Guest access The entire guest house is at your disposal, including the terraces connected to the house, barbecue, outdoor fireplace, playground with swings, small slide and sandbox. Parking included for up to two cars. Bring your own sheets and towels, but there is a possibility to rent them if needed. You live extremely well to enjoy the lovely coastline that is between Oskarshamn in the north and Kalmar in the south, a coast that breathes both tradition and innovation and a place that is exceptional for excursions as well to wonderful Kalmar, lovely Öland and the coastal city of Oskarshamn. Excursion opportunities are the best possible as you live only about 20 km from Kalmar and Ölandsbron. You live on the same lot (a large lot of 4,500 m2) as the owner, but the owner's house is facing the other way and you will feel "private." The surrounding area is very scenic and you should definitely not miss exploring the surroundings through walks or bike rides (2 bikes can be borrowed if the previous guest did not cause damage). The lovely hiking trail "Kalmarleden" passes very close. Go for a walk along it and experience the wonderful coast!
