The community area includes the large pool with communal barbecue area with gas grills. Cleanings throughout your stay available for addition cost. Gated parking area behind building. If you need a gym, there is a large gym within walking distance (Ashley's Gym) with VERY reasonable daily/weekly/monthly prices. Guest access The entire studio including balcony and rooftop terrace is all yours. You will also have access to shared areas at the condo which include the pool, barbecue area and playground. ***It is prohibited to invite friends or family who exceed the number of people who have originally reserved our studio.
