Inside Access to the cottage is through the rear, facilitated by double patio doors leading into a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space accommodating up to six individuals. Enhanced by the authentic timber beams, this area features a cosy seating arrangement with a sofa and television, providing a relaxing environment for meal preparation following a day of exploration. From the kitchen/diner is the front porch, with radiator and coat hooks where outdoor clothing can be dried. Outside the front door is a small, pebbled patio. Descending from the ground floor, you'll find an oak staircase leading to the lower ground floor, formerly utilized as the beer cellar but now transformed into a distinct private lounge area. Complete with a television, a well-stocked book cabinet, and a double sofa bed for accommodating an additional two guests if needed, this space offers both comfort and versatility for relaxation or extra sleeping arrangements. Ascending from the ground floor, stairs guide you to the first floor, where a landing window offers expansive views spanning the local landscape. In the master bedroom, a luxurious king-size bed awaits, featuring a top-of-the-line Hypnos premier-quality mattress. Flanking the bed are bedside lamps for added convenience, while a built-in wardrobe area with coat hangers offers ample storage space for guests' clothing. There is an oak console table with stool and mirror. The generous bathroom features a sizable bathtub, inviting you to unwind and rejuvenate after a day spent exploring the countryside. Additionally, a separate walk-in shower is available, with a small amount of shower gel /shampoo, for guests' convenience. This well-appointed space ensures a refreshing and indulgent bathing experience, enhancing your stay in the cottage. In the second bedroom, you'll find bunk beds perfect for accommodating children or petite adults, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, but certainly not least, Holly Cottage warmly welcomes your furry companions, with a maximum of two dogs permitted. Upon arrival, you'll find a cosy dog bed, bowls, and delicious treats awaiting your pets. Additionally, at the rear of the property, a convenient tap with a hose is available for washing down muddy paws before entering the house. For added safety, a gate is installed at the rear to ensure your dog's security during their stay. Guest access Guests can use all the space, best access is by the rear of the property near to the parking. There is a lock box with the keys in for flexible access. Other things to note There is a car charging facility, which you will need to leave a deposit of £30.00 per day if you wish to use this. any electricity not used will be credited back to you. Can you leave out door foot wear on the tray provided by either door. Pets are not allowed upstairs
