Enjoy the unique ambiance of this historic space, combined with modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. Please keep in mind that the days are getting colder, so bring a warm sweater! Given the age and no insulation, it is not possible to heat it. Other things to note 🏛️ Common Space in the Chapel The common area in the Singelkerkje offers a unique and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and socializing. This spacious hall, which was once the church hall, retains much of its original charm and architectural details. 🏡 Features: • Spacious Open Setup: The room offers enough space for all guests to sit and relax comfortably. • Wooden Barrel Vault Ceiling: The beautiful wooden barrel vault ceiling adds a historic and warm ambiance to the space. • Plenty of Natural Light: The dormer windows provide plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and inviting. • Sitting area: There is a cosy sitting area furnished with comfortable chairs and benches, ideal for reading, talking or just relaxing. • Dining area: A separate dining area where guests can enjoy their meals. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and egg cooker available for guests. • Facilities: • Tea and Coffee: A coffee and tea station with a selection of coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. The church is therefore also little to no insulation from 1926 and closed from October to April. The common area cannot be heated. There is a kitchen,but cannot and should not be cooked. 🚲 Free Bikes • We offer our guests free bicycles to use during their stay. • Please let us know in advance if you would like to reserve them, and we will make sure they are ready for you. 🌿 Garden At the rear of the church, there is a charming garden where guests can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply unwind in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
