House - Canal du Midi - Pyrenees View

The house is in the middle of a small oak grove, at the end of a dead-end road, overlooking Lake Ganguise which can be reached on foot. People come here to relax, take walks, enjoy good food and all kinds of water and wind sports. The mountains and the sea are 1 hour away. The house is located on the Toulouse-Carcassonne axis, close to the Canal du Midi. The nautical base is run by enthusiasts (catamaran rental, pedal boats, wingfoil, etc.) The 1st village is 5 km away (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) The space It is a very quiet and bright house, it is composed of 2 levels, each level is extended by a large wooden terrace. 1st level: living/ dining / Kitchen overlooking a large 25m Terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 independent toilet, Night side: 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 1 "dorm" bedroom composed of 1 single bed in 90 and a bunk bed offering 1 bed in 90 and 1 bed in 90 or 140 at the bottom. 2nd level: 1 independent toilet, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in 90x 200 that can be connected and make a large bed in 180cm. Sheets are provided, a barbecue, a plancha, a ping pong table are available. The stay is at least 3 days and 1 week during the months of July and August . Other things to note This house is our holiday home. We meet with family and friends, in the middle of nature, to paddle, bike or walk, swim, enjoy good meals (plancha and barbecue) and a big ping pong tournament (new table). Many refreshing views)...
