The Lake House - Pyrenees View

This is a holiday home in the heart of a 2,000 m² oak grove, filled with good vibes and soft light. Very quiet and comfortable. Exceptional views of the Pyrenees. Direct access to Lake Ganguise, which it overlooks. Everyone will find their own favorite spot between the two levels, which are wide open to nature and extended by large wooden terraces, shaded by trees. People come here to recharge, go on long walks, enjoy great meals, and take part in lots of water and wind sports! The space Lake Ganguise, which is at the bottom of the house, is accessed by a small private path. This large, emerald-colored lake is well known to predatory fishers (No Kill practice) and carp anglers. The nautical base run by enthusiasts is very active, you can rent paddles, pedal boats or take windsurfing, catamaran or Wing Foil lessons, regattas are organized every Sunday. Food: The nearest village is 5 km away, bakery, butcher, pharmacy... 15 km away you will find Villefranche de Lauragais and Castelnaudary (I have the super plan for the best cassoulet...) Moreover, there are plenty of great restaurants, small markets and farm sales in a nearby perimeter, you will only have to ask me or read the information recorded in the house book. The house is composed of 2 levels extended by large wooden terraces, The large living level, bathed in light: living room, kitchen, overlooks a large terrace overlooking the lake. Bedrooms: Each Night Space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (140 x 200) Bedroom 2: "dormitory" composed of 1 single bed in 90 and a bunk bed of 2 beds in 90x190 Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 x 200) that can be connected to make 1 queen size bed of 180 cm. Bedroom 4: Same as Bedroom 3 Sheets are provided. Geographical location: It is located on the Toulouse Carcassonne axis, less than 1 hour away. It is very close to the Canal du Midi, Hiking in the Pyrenees or swimming in the Mediterranean: less than 1h30… Very feasible in 1 day… The minimum stay is 3 days. Other things to note This house is our vacation home. We meet there with family and friends, in the middle of nature, to paddleboard, bike or walk, swim, and have big ping pong tournaments (new table). The house is 15 km from Villefranche de Lauragais and Castelnaudary, close to the Canal du Midi We live in Toulouse but I work in the heart of this beautiful region and I will be able to tell you what you are looking for...
