Three bedrooms (6 beds), bathroom and kitchen/living room on the main floor. Attic (2 extra beds) and second bathroom. It can be used by larger groups or just to extend a little bit. Very comfortable for winter skibuses. Grocery store and bars in front of the house. Warning: The attic has all the original beams and has a limited height. One and of the beams must be climbed to access the second bathroom. It is a welcoming space, but in a refuge style and more suitable for children or people with a "sporty" soul. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. In winter you can leave skis in the stairwell on the ground floor. Other things to note The house is in a traffic-restricted zone and does not have private parking. You can park near the entrance for the time needed to unload/load your luggage. Then there is a large municipal parking lot (for a fee) about 100 meters away. Finding a parking spot is rarely a problem. Parking payment: Easypark App, or cards.
