The house is well arranged, very bright and from the terrace you will have only greenery in front of you. In winter, you can snuggle up in front of a good fireplace comfortably installed in the living room. The space You will access the accommodation via a small staircase that leads to the beautiful south-facing terrace where you can easily have your meals (parasol, electric plancha and outdoor furniture available and direct access to the kitchen). The entrance is through the kitchen, which opens onto a beautiful living room, to the right a nice sitting area with a fireplace, and a dining area. Through large bay windows that make the room very bright, you can go out onto the terrace that overlooks the landscaped garden and offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills. On the left, through a corridor, you will reach the two beautiful bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with a 140 bed and a 120 bed on the mezzanine, a large bathroom with shower and double sink, and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms are very bright and you will have a dresser or closet to store your belongings. From the balcony, a staircase leads you to the wooded and enclosed landscaped garden, where you can relax on the deckchairs. A terrace is also available at the bottom of the house. The ground floor of the house is not accessible for guests. It includes a garage, laundry area and large bedroom overlooking the garden. Guest access During your stay, the house and the fenced garden will be for your exclusive use. You can park your vehicle in front of the house. Other things to note This property is managed by the Conciergerie de l'Aigoual, who will be your point of contact throughout your stay. The property is available for rent all year round. Wood will be available for the fireplace. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. However, we can make them available to you for rent at a rate of 12 euros per person. Convenience stores: in Arre or Vigan. You will be a stone's throw from the greenway leading to Vigan for bike or walking tours. Mont Aigoual is 35 minutes away. Numerous caves, the Cirque de Navacelles, a tree climbing course and many other activities are present in the vicinity.
