A-1A spacious private room of 20 m² in a house located on the border of Prague and in close proximity to the airport. Rich infrastructure includes shops, a post office, and a school within walking distance. The metro is 20 minutes away by bus. The room is part of a 3-room apartment, with only 2 rooms isolated as bedrooms. Guests have access to a shared 18 m² living room, a 5 m² kitchenette with appliances, a shower cabin, a sink, a toilet. A maximum of 2 people per bedroom The space Spacious room with one double bed measuring 160 by 200 cm, a wardrobe with a large mirror, fresh renovation, oak floors. Curtains on the window completely darken the room. Chest of drawers and armchair. Guests can use the shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room-study. Maximum number of guests for each bedroom is 2 people. So, a maximum of 4 people can use the common areas. Separate entrance from the street to the floor with the room. Guest access Dear Guests, Our apartments are designed for contactless stays. We do not provide services or assistance that are not explicitly listed in the description. Available to Guests: - 1 room with a double bed. - Mini kitchen with necessary appliances. - Bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. - Free Wi-Fi. - Free street parking near the house. - Heating in cold seasons, maintained at 20–21 °C. Key Rules: 1. If you need additional heating, renting a heater is available for 15 € (approximately 380 CZK) per night. 2. By default, for two guests, we provide one double bed with two pillows and one large duvet. If you require two separate duvets, extra blankets, or pillows, please inform us immediately when booking. 3. We do not provide any service after 10:00 PM. Requests made between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM cannot be fulfilled. You will only receive the services included in the standard offer. 4. If you are booking for someone else, please ensure that: - They are familiar with the house rules. - They are aware of the instructions for self-check-in. We do not meet guests personally, and arriving and ringing the doorbell without following the instructions may be unsuccessful. - By booking, the guest agrees to and accepts all rules and terms of stay. 5. If a guest is unfamiliar with the instructions or encounters difficulties due to a lack of internet or connection, all responsibility for consequences lies with the guest. Any inconveniences or expenses will not be compensated, and the reservation fee is non-refundable. 6. We send detailed instructions to the platform chat 48 hours before arrival. We recommend reviewing them in advance and saving access to the messages to avoid any complications during check-in and check-out. Thank you for your understanding! We value your responsibility and are happy to do everything possible to ensure your comfort. Other things to note House Rules Check-in and Staff: Self-check-in is required; please review check-in instructions in advance. No on-site staff is available, and contactless check-in is not always possible. No Guests Allowed: Only paying guests may enter the property, with a maximum of 5 occupants at any time. All accompanying persons are asked to remain outside the house. Additional guests must pay separately. Children: Infants are counted in the total guest count. Children under 12 must not be left unattended in the property. Occupancy: The number of people, including infants, must match the booking details. House Conduct: Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property, including open windows and the garden. Smokers must exit the garden and move outside the fence. Outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors. Please do not throw towels on the floor; leave them in the basket or on the bed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Parking: Parking in front of the garage is prohibited as it is used for exit purposes. Parking is available only on the side street near the house.
