Can I order room cleaning during my stay? Professional cleaning staff clean the rooms after checkout. In order to respect the privacy of individuals, people other than the guest will not be able to enter the guest's room during their stay. (If you want to clean or have your sheets changed during your stay, you can do so at an additional cost.) 2. Is there early check-in and late check-out? Unfortunately, the early check-in and late check-out are generally not allowed. Please contact us beforehand as the early check-in may be available depending on other guest's schedules. There is an additional charge for late check-out (1000 yen/30 minutes) 3. Please tell me how to access the room. For security reasons, we'll send you a detailed access information about the building after you book. Guest access Guests have access to the entire room. There is a toilet, bath, and washing machine, and your privacy is completely protected. Guest access You can use the entire house. However, some parts of the storage space are not available for use. Other things to note other things to note 1. Please note that the futon cover and sheets may differ from those shown in the photos due to laundry. 2. There is a veranda, so you can use it for drying items after washing. 3. The room is completely non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited outside and on the premises. (If we find out, we will charge a total of 20,000 yen for cleaning and deodorizing, 20,000 yen, and a penalty of 20,000 yen.) 4. Cooking utensils are provided as a minimum. 5. It can accommodate 8 people, but the bedding is 1 double and 6 sets of single futon sets. 6. There are babies sleeping nearby in the residential area. Please be quiet day and night. If you make a loud voice or sound, the police may be called. Please be considerate. 7. Due to the loud laundry sound, the use of the washing machine is not allowed between 9pm and 7am.Please understand. 8. The maximum number of guests is 8, but it may feel a little cramped for 8 people. 9.- A camera is installed outside the front door for safety management.Thank you for your understanding. house rules 1. Please cooperate separating trash . do not leave trash outside 3. Loud noise and rumble which disturbs neighbors are not welcomed. 4. Persons who are not the house guests are not allowed to stay overnight. In case unregistered persons are found, we will charge additional fee. 5. Please do not use hot water continuously in the bathroom or kitchen for more than an hour that may cause hot water to be shut off. 6. Use duvet and mattress with sheets and duvet cover. 7. When using home appliances which use a lot of electricity such as microwave, hair dryer, and air conditioners, please be careful not to use too many at the same time to avoid circuit breaker cuts off the power. 8. If you litter garbage or cigarettes in the neighborhood, or if you smoke indoors, you will be fined 50,000 yen. If we receive complaints from neighbors, we will ask you to move out. 9. Put trash and garbage in the trash can. Cans and bottles are unburnable garbage. You may separate plastics and pet bottles as burnable garbage. 10. If you use dishes or kitchenware, please wash them and put them back. 11.　No seasonings or cooking oil are prepared in the facility for hygiene reasons. 12.Due to the loud washing noise, it is not allowed to use the washing machine between 9pm and 7am.
