The Loft le Galet FSHH apartment is located on the beautiful Promenade des Anglais, offering two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, the kitchen is of American type and there is a balcony with a view of the sea. Nearby the apartment there is a tram stop to reach the city center and the airport. Numerous shops are in close proximity and the beach is right in front of the apartment. The space The following services are available in the apartment: air conditioning, washing machine, coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, large television, and wireless internet connection. Other things to note During and at the end of your stay, we ask you for a responsible collaboration, following some simple rules, to keep our apartments efficient for your next stay. During your stay: - No annoying noise between 21 and 7 in the morning (We avoid annoying the neighborhood) - Do not smoke inside the apartment (a cleaning fee may be requested in the event of a strong smell in the apartment) The day of departure: - Waste disposal (Throwing the garbage produced during the stay is a sign of civility, in the appropriate containers of the property) - Clean the dishes used (you can clean using the dishwasher in the apartments that have it, or manually with the soap made available, a cleaning supplement may be requested in case the dishes are not cleaned) - Communicate the time of departure, make sure that the keys return to the agency, a box outside the agency allows you to leave the keys even outside the opening hours, in case you leave early in the morning, you can leave the keys on the apartment table by closing the door and notify the agency - Be careful not to forget your personal effects inside the apartment, after 6 months they will be automatically thrown away, in the case of shipping, the cost will be at your expense During New Year’s Eve 31 December for all bookings the security deposit will be doubled.
