The best way to enjoy your stay with us is by taking in fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean in our spacious oceanfront two doubles room. Our oceanfront two doubles room comfortably accommodates up to four guests. This room includes a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and WiFi access. Additional comforts include personal climate control, a telephone, iron and ironing board, and a clock radio. The private bathroom is fitted with a bathrobe, a hairdryer, and signature organic bath products. The space ✔You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Only the person's name on the booking will be allowed to check-in. ✔ Check-in: 4:00 pm / Check out 12:00 Noon ▶Mandatory fees You’ll be asked to pay the following charges at check-in: • A damage deposit of $150 per stay is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest access Check-in is at our front desk. Front Desk Staff is available 24/7. Please Note: Due to the layout of our Historical Art Deco building, your room may not be the exact room as pictured. You will receive the bedding configuration as you have booked. All rooms include the same furnishings, decor, and amenities. However, your room may be arranged differently than pictured to accommodate the floor plan of the room. The Hotel is located on Ocean Drive which can become noisy at times. We cannot guarantee noise-free rooms. The name on the Airbnb profile must match the name of the guest checking in. No third party bookings via Airbnb are allowed. If the name of the guest does not match the Airbnb profile, we reserve the right to refuse check-in without refund. A valid credit/debit card is required at check-in time for an authorization hold of $150 for any incidentals/damages. It may take your financial institution 7 - 10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) to release this hold after departure. Any hotel items removed or damaged, will be charged to the guests account. WIFI, Bottled Water (2) & Beach Towels are complimentary with your stay. Parking Options: 1. Valet Parking - The property works with a third-party company. You will have limitless in and out privileges until 12 p.m. the following day. The daily fees are $39 per vehicle, per night. 2. Metered street parking - It costs $4/hr for metered street parking stalls unless otherwise noted. 3. Public garages - There are several options you can choose from. The fees are approx. $2/hr and $20-25/24 hrs. (rates may vary). Nearest public garage location: - 200 7th Street (Between Washington and Collins Avenue on 7th Street - 1 block from us) No Parties. Guests may be asked to leave the hotel for unacceptable behavior or noise levels and will not be refunded for any remaining nights. All rates quoted are good for up to two guests per occupied room. Additional guests, 3rd & 4th, will be charged an extra person fee by the property upon check-in. An early departure/cancellation fee equal to one room night (plus resort fee & tax) will be charged to guests leaving earlier than the confirmed check-out date. This fee is in addition to an nights already consumed. There are no refunds on Non-refundable booked rooms. Check-out is 12:00pm. A late check-out fee will be assessed for departures later than the check-out time. This fee may be up to a one-night charge.
