Just a short walk from the house and through the beautiful Keuka College campus to the Point Nemo swim area on Keuka Lake. Close to numerous wineries and breweries and just 3 miles from Penn Yan. The house maintains its classic old time charm with the addition of modern conveniences. Hostess is very familiar with the area and can help you with ideas on places to go or places to eat that suit your interests The space The downstairs has a full bath with a walk in shower and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. The upstairs has a full bath with a bathtub shower and four bedrooms: two with queen sized beds and two with double beds. All bedrooms have a dresser and closet. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and includes a coffee maker, air fryer, instant pot, and rice maker as well as numerous spices, olive and avocado oil. A door from the kitchen leads to a backyard deck. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and hair dryer. Washer and dryer are on the first floor with laundry soap provided. Iron and ironing board are also provided. A kayak and kayak trolley provided to cart the kayak the short walk to Point Nemo beach to launch.
