Double Bedroom - Full access to common areas

Beautiful, recently renovated apartment in one of the many Magic neighborhoods that Mexico City has to offer. Located within an easy 10 min walk from Line 2 (blue) of the Metro System, you will have a short commute to key spots of the City. You will be renting a double bedroom: ideal for solo traveller exploring Mexico City. The space The central location of this apartment is very desirable. The apartment is furnished and comfortably decorated as shown in the pictures. Close to Line 2 of the Metro system, you can reach within minutes an abundance of touristy spots, entertainment and dining options that the City has to offer. Guest access You will have a access to one room with a double bed - fits comfortably one during your stay. You will have access to the common areas of the apartment: shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, computer desk. Use of the laundry facilities (washing and drying machine) its only available for weekly stays. During your stay Although I am not on site, you can reach me on my mobile, home phone number, AirBnB messaging and/or text for any inquiries you may have. I am open to both: accommodate alternative check-in and check-out times as best as possible and to special requests. Other things to note This is a friendly place for solo travelers. Couples are not accepted. There is no parking inside the building, but there is a parking nearby within walking distance where you can make arrangements for the time needed. Only guests over 25 are welcome to stay in the apartment. No overnight guests allowed in the apartment. Only the person that makes the reservation can enter the premises. There is no lift on the building, so please ensure you are comfortable using stairs. Mi casa es tu casa!
