Les Petits Riens | Gîte avec terrasse à Balazuc

Welcome to "Les Petits Riens"! A cozy house composed of two independent cottages (one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor) You are at the entrance to Balazuc, a medieval village in the hollow of the cliffs, ranked among the most beautiful in France. Your cocoon is located a 5-minute walk from the historic heart, restaurants/shops and 10 minutes from its riverside beach. It has all the little things to feel at home while respecting ecological values The space You are in "Le Petit rien du Haut", accommodation located on the first floor, and have private access to a nice terrace overlooking the surrounding oaks to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy a meal around a plancha. Inside, you will discover a spacious 70m2 space consisting of a comfortable living room/living room with office space (very good internet speed), fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two beautiful bedrooms, bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. We put a lot of heart into renovating this place to make it unique, all the furniture and decor have been fully healed, made or bought ethically (this is especially the case for bedding for maximum comfort.). On the sleep side, you will find in the first bedroom a double bed 140x200, in the second two 90x190 single beds that we can gather with mattress topper (ask us). The beds are made upon your arrival and towels as well as basic products (shower gel, oil, salt, etc.) are provided to kick off your stay. We have a crib, high chair and baby bathtub for parents who wish, just ask us! The sheets of the crib are to be brought by you. The house and terrace must be left clean, we do not add a cleaning fee. Setup level, you access your listing by taking outdoor stairs. So the entry is completely independent. The only common area of the two cottages is the parking area at the front of the house with each a very specific part. The terrace is accessible only from your home and is not oriented like the terrace part of the lower gite so as to preserve everyone's privacy. For activity enthusiasts, lots of opportunities on site: kayak rental, hikes/walks, greenways, swimming, fossil museum, etc. You are also ideally placed to visit the Ardèche and its gorges with many sites nearby (Vogüe and its castle, the climbing and hiking site of the Cirque de Gens de Ruoms, Vallont Pont d 'Arc, the Chauvet Cave,etc.) Les Petits Riens are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the architecture of the house. Guest access Entire accommodation – only the parking area at the entrance to the house is common to both cottages (with each having well-defined spaces) Climbing a staircase is required to access the entrance of the cottage. Other things to note Les Petits Riens cottages are adjoining and can accommodate another group at the same time as you. The accommodations are completely independent and allow you to enjoy peacefully in the calm and respect of each other. Cleaning must be done before departure, and the necessary items are provided. We don't add a cleaning fee and prefer to trust you. The shops and restaurants in the village are open from April to October.
