Cozy & Centrally Located!

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located home! Close to downtown, between two college campuses, minutes to I-25 & just blocks from the city's trail system The space The rooms are in my home where my two trained, well behaved dogs & I live. The kitchen, the main level bathroom shower, sunroom & backyard are shared spaces! The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals but guest must supply their own food, pick up after themselves and leave the kitchen how they found it! Spray, wipe down and remove fallen hair after using shower. Please clean up shared areas after each use, meaning straightening couch/pillows and folding blankets if you used them. Wiping down stove, countertops and eating area after each use. Wiping down bathroom area around sink, rinsing toothpaste out of sink and please don’t leave splashes around toilet or marks in the toilet! If this happens, there are wipes under sink to wipe area down and spray for inside the toilet. When done please return seat to down position and close the lid. The backyard has a fire pit with ample seating but guests must supply their own firewood, follow fire restrictions & supervise it until it's out! The living room has a 80" flat screen tv but guests are not allowed to download apps, download movies or change any of the preexisting TV settings. Guests are not permitted to go into rooms that they don't have a reservation for or go through pantry, hall closets or anything that isn't part of their reservation. In other words, please don't rummage through my whole house! If you need something, please just ask. Guest access Guest can access the 2 rooms they reserved, the bathroom near the bedrooms, the kitchen, the sunroom and backyard. Guests can use living room but must request assistance so I can show you how to operate it. My living space is downstairs and I have almost everything I need so most guests never see or hear me. I don't have a shower in my downstairs bathroom so I do shower in the main level bathroom, but never when guests are home. I don't cook so I rarely use the kitchen & due to crazy work hours I don't spend too much time out back until really late at night. I do put my dogs out back a few times for potty breaks but when they are inside they are downstairs. Im sure for extended stays guest and I will cross paths, but I do my best to not "crash" my guests experience. It really helps when guests inform me of their comings and goings so all I ask is for guests to communicate with me. During your stay I live on the property and my info is displayed on a board in the hall! I typically keep my dogs away from guests and work to accommodate the level of interaction guests want with my dogs. Please just communicate with me so that I can coordinate and plan properly so that you can enjoy your stay. I'm a reasonable and fair person. All I ask is that you communicate your needs to me. Other things to note Cleaning fees posted for this listing are for reservations that are 1-2 nights to 1-3 weeks! Bookings longer than 3 weeks will result in a change in pricing.
