Apartment with terrace

As a couple of artists, we are renting our beautiful apartment located in Saint Ouen, the official municipality of the Olympic Village, during the 2024 Olympic Games. 4th floor with an elevator, new and secure residence The space Our property is located on the 4th floor of a new residence (year of delivery: 2021) and is secure (badge + gate code + code at the entrance of the building). In a carefully decorated artist's loft style, our apartment consists of the following rooms: - a large living room open to the kitchen and terrace - fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 electric hobs, fridge) - a dining area overlooking the terrace - bathroom with bathtub, storage spaces, washing machine - Separate WC - 1 large bedroom with access to the terrace You will also have plenty of time to enjoy a landscaped, flowered terrace and its small vegetable garden of aromatic herbs. Garden furniture will allow you to extend your evenings around a friendly aperitif. The terrace communicates with the living room and bedroom. The apartment has many storage spaces (cupboards, shelves). A parking space completes this property. Total area: 60 m2 + about 10 m2 of terrace. Guest access We leave at your disposal the entirety of our accommodation, with the exception of a 3rd room which will be locked.
