The space Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of Tuscany! Our 100 sqm home is on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs. The absence of an elevator makes this apartment ideal for those without mobility issues. The strategic location allows easy access to some of the most fascinating cities in the region, such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Pistoia, Vinci and the beautiful Versilia, all located about 50 km away. Bedrooms First Bedroom: This spacious room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe to store your clothes and windows that offer a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. The relaxing atmosphere is perfect for ensuring a peaceful sleep. Second Bedroom: This room also has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The room is bright and cozy, ideal for a second couple or for children. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You will find a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and a complete set of dishes and kitchen utensils. It is a perfect space for cooking lovers who want to experiment with Tuscan specialties. Dining Room The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, offers a large dining table with seating for all guests. It's a great place to enjoy a meal together, whether it's a quick breakfast before exploring the area or a relaxing dinner at the end of the day. Living room The living room is the heart of the apartment, spacious and bright, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. It's a perfect space to relax, watch TV or read a good book.
