The space Podere Borgo La Selva is a beautiful property located between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena overlooking the charming village of Lucignano, which boasts a thousand-year history and presents an exceptional model of medieval urban planning with a particular elliptical layout. The farm is part of a private property with three hectares of fully fenced land, consisting of olive groves, woods and large gardens and a swimming pool that enjoys a magnificent panoramic view. The property was created from the recovery of a typical Tuscan rural complex consisting of a main body and two other annexes, for the exclusive use of holidaymakers, converted into six comfortably furnished housing units with air-conditioned rooms. There is an additional apartment on the first floor of Casa del Portico used exclusively by the owners when the property is not rented. The type of this structure allows large groups and families to maintain their own spaces while being able to count on various common areas such as the common room with living room and kitchen overlooking the porch and garden.
