A well-equipped, bright one-bedroom flat with off-street parking on a quiet street in the heart of Hackney. A short walk to Broadway Market or Victoria Park and 35 min to Oxford Circus. My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, and business travellers. Close to London Fields, Broadway Market, Hackney Central, Columbia Road Flower Market, Chatsworth Road Market and Shoreditch. The space The flat is on the second floor, with the front door accessible from a southeast facing covered walkway. There is a small wooden bench outside my front door where I like to have coffee on sunny mornings. Hallway Upon entering the flat, you're in a hallway that connects the three main rooms: bathroom, bedroom and open-plan kitchen & living room. There is a coat rack behind the front door. Open-plan kitchen & living room There's everything you need in the kitchen to prepare delicious meals, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are also a small dining table with two stools, a desk with ergonomic kneeling chair and large external monitor, bookshelf with lots of books, and a comfy couch that gets afternoon sun. I do not have a TV. There is a small balcony off the open-plan kitchen & living room. Bedroom The bedroom has a comfy double bed, two sets of bed linen and there's ample storage for clothes. Bathroom The bathroom has a shower/bath, basin and toilet. Parking There is off-street parking on a first come first served basis. Other The flat is very well insulated and easy to heat in winter. Guest access You can use the whole flat. My personal belongings are stored under the bed and in the hallway cupboard. The vacuum and a few other things you'll need for cleaning is also stored in the hallway cupboard. Other things to note The flat is in a small block of 12 flats. All the neighbours know each other, and we're a friendly and respectful community. Shops for groceries are a 2-minute walk away. Max two guests. No parties or noise under any circumstances.
