The space This house, located in a private condominium in the village of Sesimbra, has a terrace (at the top of the house) with a sea view and another balcony overlooking the Sesimbra Castle. It is 300 meters from the beaches of Sesimbra, through elevator access 30 meters from the house. Guests benefit from free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi. The house can sleep 6 people, but from the 4th person an additional amount of €13/extra person will be charged and they will sleep on sofa beds. House summary: the house consists of 4 half floors: Ground floor: at the entrance of the house we have the living/dining room, a kitchen and a social bathroom; The living/dining room, with 2 sofas (from the 4th guest is considered an extra guest and has an additional cost of + €13/person/night); With television; dining table with chairs; The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, universal coffee machine and/or coffee powder and all necessary kitchen items. . 2nd floor (above): - there are 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes in each bedroom and a full bathroom and a balcony. The beds have quality and comfortable mattresses and pillows. Included in the price of the stay: sheets, duvets and bath linen. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, bidet. W.C. Bench with built-in sink, hairdryer and first aid kit. . 3rd floor (above): there is an exclusive compartment with the washing machine and the clothes drying rack. On this floor there is a large terrace with sea view, with several chairs and sun loungers. Floor 0 (below the ground floor): here there is a large living room, with a table/desk and 3 sofas, two of them being single sofa beds. There is also a crib-park (with mattress, pillow and crib linen) for children up to 3 years old. If you need it, you will have to request it and it has a cost of €25/booking. Pets are allowed (upon consultation with the host) and have a cost of €/booking. Guest access Guests have access to everything, excluding locked areas (storage on floor 0). Other things to note Consumables left in the apartment (e.g. toilet paper, garbage bags, liquid soap, dish detergent, etc.) are left in a welcome quantity. When they run out during your reservation, the guest will be responsible for replacing them. The apartment is cleaned and sanitized between each reservation. In case you want extra cleaning (total cleaning of the apartment and replacement of bed and bath linens), it has to be requested 48 hours in advance and has a cost of €43, paid at the time. House rules: - The house is located in a family condominium, so do not disturb the neighbors and please keep quiet when circulating through the common parts of the exterior parts; - Do not organize parties in the house; - Do not produce loud sounds of music and others, especially after 11 pm; - Please leave the house as you found it; - No more people than those listed on the reservation are allowed to sleep in and/or use the apartment. If this situation changes, please contact the host. - In order to avoid bad odors and the appearance of undesirable insects, you are requested to dump the garbage frequently and before your check-out; - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; MAIN RULE: - I hope that the people who stay in the apartment can enjoy it and feel at home. DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE FACILITIES: As a guest, you are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived, and you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for your own acts and omissions, as well as those of anyone you invite or whom you provide access to the Accommodation. Check-in and check-out instructions: - Check-ins are done by someone responsible for the property. For check-outs, in order to verify the property, there will be someone responsible for the property to do the verification in person. For this reason, and regardless of the time stipulated for them, the guest, after being contacted by the property, will have to inform us of their check-in time at least 2 days in advance of the check-in date and/or inform us of the check-out time at the time of check-in. - Depending on availability: check-ins after 10 p.m. until 12 a.m. and early check-ins from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. have an extra charge of €15.
