To ensure a pleasant stay, please align your expectations with our modest price point and hostel-style setup. 🛏️WHAT'S INCLUDED: ✅Two Storey Hut good for Two Persons ✅(Max 4) Add 200/Persons for Beddings ✅Just give us a heads up to arrange two more single beds in the hut to accommodate additional pax. ✅Potable Water for Drinking. ✅Cooking is welcome! Kitchen is fully equipped—just bring your own ingredients (including oil, salt, etc.). ✅Free bike use when available. 🛖ABOUT THE HUT ✅Sleeping quarter is located on the upper floor which has a full double foam with two pillows and a blanket. It has its own wooden drawers, side table and electric fan. ✅The lower floor has its own fridge and a kitchen sink. Exclusive tour available daily.🏝️🧭 📌VERY IMPORTANT INFO FOR A PLEASANT STAY AT KALINAW, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. ✅ STAIRS All our accommodations have stairs, which may not be convenient for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns. ✅NOT BEACHFRONT Beach access is via a nearby public access point (more or less 200 meters) commonly used for surfing not directly from the property. According to google map, it's a 3 mins walk to the beach. ✅MOSQUITOS. Property is sorounded by plants and trees so there are mosquitoes around. ✅UNEVEN ROAD Road to property via a slanted 3 meters road right of way accessible to all vehicles. The road is not cemented and it can get bumpy. Mini Dam, Pick up Truck and Smaller Cars can drive through it but lowered cars need to proceed with caution. This road is shared with nearby properties and is outside our management, although we ensure our property and frontage remain clean and well-maintained. ✅FOOT PATH On the opposite side of the property, there is a 3-meter road right-of-way that serves as a walking path via the back gate. ✅ OUTSIDE PARKING Parking space is an empty lot outside of the property. ❗CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Due to our limited number of huts: No cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed. No-shows are non-refundable Confirmed bookings reserve the hut exclusively for you, and we turn away other guests accordingly. Leave only footprints and bring only memories. Guests are required to leave the pantry clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply if pantry/kitchen is left dirty. During your stay 👍A caretaker will meet you in the property, he will assist you with checking in. You may self checkout, just leave the keys on the table or inside the room. ✅For late check in of 7pm onwards please advise early, as we donot have a 24 staff on duty. Our caretaker stays in the premises but might not be able to meet you after sleeping hours. You can self check-in as instructions will be given to you post booking. ✅Kalinaw (Lea’s Kubo) has other tenants, working remotely while enjoying the waves in between free time. Friendly local surfers and friends also frequent the place. Let's keep the friendly and respectful atmosphere in Kalinaw. 👌💕 💕 Other things to note BE SURE TO READ. ✅We don't provide towels and toiletries. Please bring your own essentials. ✅Cooking is allowed without any additional fee for the use of stove, please clean after every use of the area and utensils. ✅Clean as you go, we charge additional cleaning fees if you leave trash or leave kitchen/dining utensils unwashed. ✅Weekly Room Cleaning with Change of Beddings. We are happy to clean your room with a fee for earlier cleaning requests. ✅Since we don't charge cleaning fees to make the huts budget friendly, please make sure you leave the hut clean and tidy. We will ask for additional cleaning fee for stains and garbage left unattended. Please put all trash in the trash bins and all bottles in the bottle bins provided. ✅We have solar power emergency lights for power interruption around the general areas. ✅ Every hut has a free (1) bike use, if there are other bikes available you may use more than one. ✅ We use toilet bidet, if you use tissue paper please dispose them properly. Donot flush them in the toilet bowl as it clogs the bowls. Declogging fee applies.
