Exclusive house on a plot of over 1ha, with its own meadow, forest and stream. Time flows differently here. A unique home in a unique location. Remote from popular tourist attractions, yet within easy reach of them. This cozy home is located away from the built-up area so that you can enjoy privacy, while having easy access to public road and village infrastructure. The space This house is our refuge, we take great care of it and visit as often as possible. Just 1.5 hours by car from Warsaw or Lodz, at the meeting point of three provinces, makes this place special. The hilly terrain serves for forest excursions both on foot and by bicycle, which are available on site. Many nature and history trails can be found within a short distance. And after a successful day, enjoy a visit to the nearby sauna or swimming pool. Guests can enjoy the meadow, the orchard, the hammocks, the games and the blissful tranquillity of being surrounded by nature. This house serves us every weekend, hence our private belongings are visible on site. Please respect our space that we want to share with you. Of course, storage space is also available for our guests. Guest access The entire house and the land belonging to it is at the guests' disposal. As owners we try to be present at check-out, although this is not always possible. The plot on which the house stands runs from the street, about 200m down to a stream. The brook and a line of neighbouring woodland is the boundary of the plot. Other things to note This house is a forest hut, so it is possible that some forest creature may be encountered inside, such as flies, mosquitoes, sometimes a hornet or a small field mouse will fly by. The most important thing is not to panic; we are their guests. Please remember that the house is inhabited by our family, so you may find some private items on the premises. If the fridge is not empty, its contents are for you too!
