Happy to host you in our new house, wood frame, 60 m2, with country charm and garden. Located on the coast between Saint Malo and Cancale, it is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of La Guimorais and the GR34 coastal trail for hiking enthusiasts. Ideal rental for a couple with a child or a couple and an adult, wishing to enjoy a "cozy" interior and a green environment. Bus info: line 9 (Internet: "MAT Saint Malo network"). The space - The house: New 60 m2 single-storey wooden frame house (completed in 2022, first year of summer rental). Warm interior, furnished with quality materials and carefully decorated. Library with many books available as well as board games. Wood-burning stove installed at the end of 2024. First fire offered from early October to late February. - The exteriors: "Green" environment: south, north and west. Very quiet subdivision to the east, across the street. Direct access from the living room to the private garden of 190 m2, not enclosed, at the rear of the house. Facing southwest, the garden is particularly pleasant on summer afternoons and evenings. Table, chairs and deckchairs in the garden. Bike shelter. - The hamlet of La Guimorais: Campsite grocery store open in summer for bread and essential groceries, 10 minutes' walk. Traditional restaurants, bars and fast food. - To see nearby and a little further away: Coastal towns: Saint Malo and Cancale, neighbors of Saint Coulomb; Dinard 18 km away (possible departure from Saint Malo by sea bus); Saint Briac 22 km away… Inland towns: Dinan and Léhon 38 km away, Combourg 45 km away… Mont Saint Michel is 48 km away. The islands off Saint Malo: Cézembre, Les Îles Chausey (accessible by "sea bus" from Saint Malo)… - Activities nearby: Various water activities, horseback riding, sand yachting, golf... Guest access The wooden house is easily identifiable down the rue des deux Îlets. There is free private parking in front of the house on the street side. Other things to note Some practical information: - Bed linen, towels, dish towels and household products are provided. - Clothesline to hang laundry outside. - No internet access… You will need to use your mobile phone's connection sharing to your computer if necessary. -Library: books and games available during the stay and to be returned afterwards (this is not an "exchange" type operation). -The bathtub has no overflow. Please be careful when filling, if applicable. -In general we will not charge cleaning fees. For this we ask that guests return the accommodation to the state of cleanliness in which they found it. In case of major impossibility, we will ask you for a flat fee of 50 euros during checkout. - Public transport: In summer, but also on weekends and some small school holidays, bus line 9 from Cancale to Saint Malo serves Guimorais.
