This condo is located at Harbor Pines, just 2 blocks away from IMG and SCF College. It is very close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets; everything you need is close by. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The pool area is lovely and welcoming. The beaches are an easy 20-minute drive. Parking is available for two cars. New appliances, washer, and dryer in unit. $150Background check fee and HOA approval before renting. Other things to note We have a one month minimum stay for August-December and apartment will be available for rent until June 1. A credit/background check, (at cost of $150 is required. This fee will be refunded for the any stay of three months or more. NOTE: A reservation application must be one month before arrival to permit ample time for the HOA to obtain a credit/background check. NO PETS.
