Visitor’s Pass should be returned to the front desk Lost Visitor’s Pass should immediately be reported by the bearer to the Property Management and there is a fine of minimum 1k pesos ❗Elevators: Tampering of elevator controls is strictly prohibited. ❗Unit Upkeep: Hanging clotheslines or laundry items on balconies and windows is strictly prohibited ❗Noise and Fumes : Residents and their guests must avoid noisy or boisterous acts that disturb the peace and order within the condominium premises. ❗Luggage Storage: Please note that there is no luggage storage available in the lobby or on the premises. We kindly ask to make alternative arrangements for their luggage storage before and after their stay and always keep the mailbox securely closed. ❗Lobby Usage: We kindly ask the guest to limit their time in the lobby to a maximum of 15 minutes.
