The space 45 square meters former artist-workshop transformed into an Appartment/House, located on the ground floor of a cozy and calm paved courtyard, with all the accommodations to spend a relaxing (possibility of eating in the courtyard) and exciting holiday in Paris! The flat has: -1 bedroom with full bed; 1 bedroom with full bed -1 big living room with a couch (no sleeper), flat screen TV with Internet, free WIFI and telephone. -1 big kitchen with all the facilities: microwave, fridge and freezer, a gaz cooker with oven and a washing-machine, 1Italian cafetière, dishes. -1 bathroom with bathtub and seperated toilet. -courtyard: charming, light & quiet paved courtyard, i put a table and chairs outside, and i'm used to having brunch, lunch, romatic dinner there. the neighbours are really nice, and most of them are artists like me, so everyone gets along pretty well ;) The apt is located in the 20th district of Paris, at Porte de Montreuil. The neighbourhood is quite popular, many restaurants (McDonalds, kebab, chinese restaurants, japanese restaurants,..) & shops, and is very easy to access thanx to the many public transports nearby. Subway: 2 min walk: Porte de Montreuil (line 9), 5 min Maraîchers (line 9) 10 min walk: Avron (line 2) Tram: 2 min walk (line 3b) Buses: 2 min walk: 57, 5min walk: 26 + 64 Vélib' (public bikes): 2min walk (the station is on my street) I'll leave maps of subway, rer, tram and buses for you.
