Only a short car ride away from iconic areas such as JBR Beach, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Or a bit further to Downtown with the exciting Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Please note this area is isolated and all nearby attractions need to be reached by taxi or car. The space Locations guests will love this modern one bedroom apartment perfect for a couple or single traveller. It has all the amenities that you could need to ensure a comfortable stay including high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps. The living and dining area features a fully equipped enclosed kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove and washing ,machine. Please note there is no dishwasher. There is a modern dining table to seat four and the living area has a comfortable sofa and lounge chair with a smart TV. There is also a guest bathroom. The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with an en-suite bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels and essentials as well as a private balcony. Prior to the check-in date, guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports for documentation purposes. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Please keep in mind that the included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning after your stay. If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, it can be arranged at an extra fee. While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment. It's recommended to plan accordingly.
