We would like to invite you in our Royal apartment in the heart of Prague, only 5 min walk from Wenceslas Square, 15 minutes from Charles Bridge and Old Town. You are welcome, it will be our sincere pleasure to host you The space The apartment is on the top floor in a historical building with elevator which is located between the floors, starting from the high ground floor and is finishing on the third floor, so you have half floor stairs to climb. With an area of 98 square meters it includes cozy living room with dinning area, first luxury bedroom with king bed (dimensions: 180-200cm) and a beautiful balcony, second open luxury bedroom on the upper floor with king bed (dimesnions 180-200cm), fully equipped modern kitchen, two full bathrooms each of them with toilet togather. The apartment is covered with superb WIFI internet, portable air-condition in the living room, in the first and the second open bedroom upstaire there are only portable fans. All prepared for an enjoyable stay in Prague Guest access Before the arrival of the guest the apartment will always be prepared and clean, all that is written and what you see on the pictures can be used for your comfortable stay Other things to note - Late check in - free of charge; - City (toruist) tax - it is 50czk for each adult person per every night and will need to be paid separately on the arrival, it is not included in the totall accommodation price; - Please note that only the accommodation price for 1 or 2 guests is same and it is the base price, but for each extra guest above then 2 the price is different, the totall price can always be seen before you book the apartment when you add the exact number of guests; - Cleaning fee - free of charge (it is included in the price); - We can arrange taxi transport from/to the airport - 800 czech crowns in one way or 1500 czech crowns in both ways (round trip) for one car, from/to the bus or train station - 350 czech crowns in one way for one car. With two cars transport from/to the airport will be 1600czk in one way or 3000czk for arrangment in both ways (round trip); - We would be glad to recommend to our guests sightseeing tours, restaurants and the most famous places to visit in Prague; - Key delivery upon arrival - a member of our team will meet you in person in front of the building, just please note that the timely communication in advance before the arrival about the exact arriving time or about any unpredicted changes/delayes is really important as there is no reception and we have multiple properties in different locations, so we can arrange a smooth and easy going check in process; - We don't have possibility for luggage storrage in the building as there is no reception and we don't have any available space for that, but we can provide our recommendations about the nearest luggage storrage services which are charging really fair amount and are not overpriced; - Please note that we are obligated by the law to register every guest to the foreign police, it is a self online registration which is going through our fully protected system. The following personal details are required from each guest: - Name - Surname - Date of birth - Passport number and from which country it is; - Visa number (only for the guests who need visa for entering in EU); - Permanent address of living (Country, city and street number);
