Our home is modeled as a Westerner's Dream. Not authentic to the local normal. We are 10 steps higher than other accommodations within 100 KMs from our home. The master bed is queen sized with a new mattress. New elegant fine linens are accompanied with this bed for the final touches to be equal as the high priced - 5 Star hotels in Cebu and Manila. The space We have whole-house air conditioning that keeps the temperature cool during our hot days, which are almost every day. We have a 24/7 security guard right outside your property gate that assures your belongings are safe as you venture out to tour our beautiful area. We are constructing a new modern-style shower, toilet, and sink-vanity building right next to our house. It is expected to be completed by 1/15/25. Guest access Whole house can be used = Living Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Main Bathroom, Outdoor Bathroom. Other things to note *We have hot water for your showers. *We have 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 vanity sinks. *We use a pressure pump for good water flow at all outlets. *Huge new refrigerator/freezer for groceries . *Big open full kitchen for cooking. *Rice cooker *Microwave *Dishes, cups and silverware for your use *Always clean sheets for your beds (mattress and top) *Soft and medium pillows for the beds. *Child's crib for your little guys. *3 portable single beds to move from room to room. *3 stationary beds (queen-1, double-1, and single-1) *Wheelchair accessible all doors and rooms including from parking to door! *New building only 3 years old with always fresh paint. *Super-duper clean.....always! *Additional 2 guests can be accommodated. $5 per night for each person.
