The master bed is queen sized with a new mattress. New elegant fine linens are accompanied with this bed for the final touches to be equal as the high priced - 5 Star hotels in Cebu and Manila. The space We have whole-house air conditioning that keeps the temperature cool during our hot days, which are almost every day. We have a 24/7 security guard right outside your property gate that assures your belongings are safe as you venture out to tour our beautiful area. We are constructing a new modern-style shower, toilet, and sink-vanity building right next to our house. It is expected to be completed by 1/15/25. Guest access Whole house can be used = Living Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Main Bathroom, Outdoor Bathroom.
